Changes not being sent to the PHPStorm server at all?

The settings in phpstorm are as follows:

There were always enough of them, for the test with the same settings I tested sending changes when working with a project on a free hosting - they are sent.
If you open the file with phpstorm via winscp, the changes are sent. It's only necessary that they be sent when working with a project created on the basis of existing files.
What could be the issue here?
