Change output location of Jcomments - How?

Help please with the output of Jcomments !!!!
There are two blocks, the first one on the left occupies 30%, in which I want to display comments, the second on the right will be the full version of the news, which occupies 70%. The block with comments should be hidden on other pages, and the news block should occupy the entire space. If you display some module in this block, it appears and hides where necessary, everything is in order and works.
I need your help in displaying jcomments in the left block. By default, jcomments are displayed at the bottom of the material. I need to move it as I already wrote to the left block. I will be grateful for help.

By the way, as I understand it, in order to hide the block, you need to output jcomments as a module, as described in the article above. In general, please help, I can’t move on, I’m stuck at this place.
