Certificate for a person?

Good afternoon, the company needs to purchase a certificate for the site and several certificates for employees so that they can encrypt and sign mail. If everything is clear with the certificate for the site, then not so much for people. Those CAs that issue for the site, as I understand it, are not given to people, but where else can I get a certificate that will be checked by all systems normally?
