Centos7 lxc, why doesn't autostart work?

Host - Centos 7, the container is also Centos 7, in the container config the setting is
lxc.start.auto = 1
lxc.start.delay = 5 (delays set different values from 0 to 60)
When the server is rebooted, the container does not start automatically. Who faced?
