CentOS7 is not visible in the network environment, what needs to be configured?

Hello.
I just can't set up Samba to work in a domain network so that it can be seen in the network environment and can be called by name.
The network has 2 Windows Server 2003 AD, DHCP... - everything is set up and working fine.
Installed CentOS7, and samba in it, if you access via IP from any computer in the domain (Windows XP, Windows 7), then everything works. Doesn't want a name.
smb.conf:

[global]
netbios name = KVMCentOS
server string =
workgroup = WORKGROUP
#announce version = 5.0
security = user
wins support = yes
log file = /var/log/samba/log.%m
#syslog = 0
#syslog only = no
#usershare owner only = false
[B1]
path = "/media/B1"
browseable = yes
read only = no
guest ok = yes
create mask = 0644
directory mask = 0755
valid users=root

Network settings manual:
=
None PROXY_METHOD BROWSER_ONLY = no
BOOTPROTO = none
DEFROUTE = yes
IPV4_FAILURE_FATAL = no
IPV6INIT = yes
IPV6_AUTOCONF = yes
IPV6_DEFROUTE = yes
IPV6_FAILURE_FATAL = no
IPV6_ADDR_GEN_MODE =-stable privacy
NAME = eth0
UUID = 9f772c1e-5624-4360-bbd3-ba45b3d8170f
DEVICE = eth0
ONBOOT =yes
NM_CONTROLLED=no
IPADDR=192.168.1.249
NETMASK=255.255.255.0
GATEWAY=192.168.1.88
DOMAIN=domain.ru
DNS1=192.168.1.1

But if you install the network automatically, then the server is visible in the network environment, and you can reach out by name.
Also, when automatically obtaining an address, smbtree shows only Linux servers, and does not show domain ones.
At the same time, CentOS is not a domain computer and has a working group WORKGROUP
I did not understand what the problem is.
At the same time, everything worked on Ubuntu 16.04, as I understood after specifying in the "Additional search domain" - the domain name.
Installed CentOS6.9 - here samba is older and works exactly the same as CentOS7

@Viji

Look in the direction of the Linux Security settings... I remember that something like this happened, it was decided by the SELINUX configuration and something else had to be corrected in NetBios over TCP / IP.
Write how it goes
