CentOS 7.2 nginx can't access directory. Has the policy changed?

I rolled up a new CentOS, Nginx is raised in it. If he is not the owner of the directory with files, then I see 403 everywhere, while the rights to the directory and files are 755.
Nginx user in the group that owns the directory.
Umask 022
Selinux is disabled.
CentOS 7.2, on 7.1 there is no such garbage.
