Hello! I bought a laptop (Samsung), then upgraded the standard windows 8 to windows 8.1 and the Catalyst Control Center stopped working for me (and it provides access to switching video cards (Intel + AMD Radeon).
HD 7600M Series. Does not start, and generally disappeared.
Tell me , what kind of firewood, or what needs to be done, I need sss to switch please ..)

download fresh support.amd.com/en-us/download and install.
Most likely, when updating, windows installed its drivers without the Catalyst Control Center
