Card game algorithm

Good afternoon. I want to write a program that will play "Evolution" (http://www.mosigra.ru/Face/Show/Evolution/). This is a card game like MtG, Munchkin and the like. But I have absolutely no idea how to approach the problem. Please advise the right keywords to start digging with.
