Canonical attribute for job pages?

Guys, tell me, who knows. Something I got confused with this attribute.
Here I have pages with vacancies:
*/vacancies/vacancy0065 There are
hundreds of vacancies, the pages are not static, well, I think this is understandable.

Yandex considers them duplicates. But if I redirect each such page to the */vacancies page, then they won't show up in the search at all and only the page with the list of vacancies will be displayed, and not with specific vacancies? That is, this attribute will redirect from the SPECIFIC vacancy page to the page with ALL vacancies.
Or am I misunderstanding something?

What are the titles and headings on the pages? Are they all different?

I asked something similar, How to implement such a parallax?
The idea is to implement fillets through pseudo-elements with a large width and a suitable border-radius.
