Cannot run compiler 'g++' error?

I decided to try making graphic applications. And installed Qt SDK.
In theory, the new project should work like clockwork, but for some reason nothing works.


I chose the Mingw 32 bit kit. it should work in theory, but for some reason it gives an error "Cannot run compiler 'g++'" when building

Look at the compilers
I have 2 packages under linux g++ and gcc, and the first one is not installed by default
