Canceling a PayPal transaction and crediting money back to the card

Hello!
I have this situation:
Broke a paid deal on eBay with the seller. He made a refund and in my PayPal history I see the following : Judging by the log, they returned the money to my card. But, as I know, PayPal does not allow withdrawing money to Russian cards. And the balance on the card says that there were no transfers. Has anyone encountered this? Will the money come to the card? At what time? Thanks for answers!

@Methos

So how did you get your money back? And for what time?

Only a direct transfer of money to paypal is not possible, the cancellation of the transaction is done normally. A friend had a similar situation, the money came within a week.

If the purchase was paid using a card linked to PayPal, then when the operation is canceled by agreement, the seller makes a refund (refund), while the money is returned to the card within 5 business days. Depending on the bank in exceptional cases, the return can take up to 30 days.
I personally received 2 translations in less than 5 days.

Once upon a time in the alpha bank they gave 30 days for this. In reality, the money comes in three days.
When you make a bank transfer (and even international), do you expect an instant transfer? ;)

It was like that, it's normal, although it looks strange -)
Wait, I think everything will be fine within a week.
