Can you tell me an extension that implements codes in BB forms?

Good afternoon!

Somehow I found a great extension that added buttons with BB codes to ALL forms. Often you need to edit a site without a normal CMS, and in order to make it bold, you have to manually add style or strong. Does anyone know of such an extension?
