Can you tell me about the + and - of these patterns?

Hello everyone, I decided to make an application, a simple analogue of oneMessenger on nuxt + electron, I found 2 configs on the Internet.

2. https://github.com/michalzaq12/electron-nuxt
Tell me which one is worth using at the moment? The number of stars they have is about the same, but the 1st has not been updated for 2 years.
Or if both are good, then what are the pros and cons of both patterns.
Since I have never worked with an electron, I can’t reasonably assess which template is best to start with.
