Can you suggest some tasks for me to consolidate my knowledge?

Sorry to upload some information about myself. I quit programming several times, but each time I actually moved a little further, the last one I started to look at testing, database optimization and Linux node in more detail. And so I chose laravel and vue and no longer jump to other frameworks, but do more development of something.
I worked with small web-studio-level sites, I don’t really understand administration, I just connected via FTP and changed the necessary files. Now I want to pass the LPIC 1.2 level of Linux and get a good understanding of nginx, apache. On Windows, I just tried apache, nginx with static sites, a bundle with nginx (balancer, cache) with apache, but without any special server settings, I still need to read the documentation. I also installed cisco tracer and watch the course on networks.
Now I am making a couple of sites on laravel and I am writing tests for them in parallel with laravel + vue. I want to buy vps, I understand that this is just a dedicated server where I can connect and play with the settings, and not a simple hosting where everything is default, I just have to load the site itself. When I finish with Linux, I want to see the docker in order to immediately develop under the right environment. In general, I understand that this is a separate profession devops / administration, but I would like to have skills and be in the subject.
The goal on the purchased server is to play around with the settings, learn testing and optimization, although not a real life situation, but try to make an imitation of a real project, server load. Then look for a company and get a job.
Before that, I just studied development on openservere, I don’t want to stay at the level of a junior who makes blogs, I want to grow a little as a developer. Try to make several applications, for example, one part on a node on the same server, the other on Laravel, and so that nginx redirects requests, but I wanted you to tell me with a list of tasks to fix, I gave this as an example. It’s still hard for me to think of something to do, because I’m just learning. *Servers, networks, administration, database optimization*

A lot of your system administration is intertwined with development - the first step is to choose one thing.
It’s the same in development - often at work you will work with only one stack, so it’s advisable to master one thing first: either a node or Laravel
