I am looking for a wireless headset / headphones for listening to music and talking on the phone / skype with the ability to connect to a PC via bluetooth. Can you recommend any options? Preferably up to 3,000 rubles, if any.

Check out Jabra Step. I use Jabra Clipper myself www.jabra.com/products/bluetooth/jabra_clipper/jab... for a very long time and I'm satisfied
