Can you show the eslint config template for an Express Typescript application?

I need to set up an eslint config for an Express Typescript application but I can't seem to find a normal boilerplate or tutorial on how to do it. Suggest something.

NestJS has a very good config, but I don't really like it (eslint)

Prettier with gitignore is also a gift :)
Yes, TSLint is considered deprecated, but I like it much more.
