Can you replace the RAM?

Notebook Lenovo Ideapad 310-15AIP. The specifications indicate that DDR3L-1333 MHz SODIMM RAM, up to 8 Gb is required. Currently installed 4 Gb.
The problem is that I did not find such modules for sale. There is either DDR3L-1600 MHz SODIMM 8 Gb or DDR3-1333 MHz SODIMM 8 Gb.
As far as I understand, the difference between DDR3L and DDR3 is only in voltage - the first is 1.35 V, the second is 1.5 V. The difference is 11% - it seems to me that the laptop may fork out, but the battery will probably drain faster. However, can it? I didn't find the voltage settings in the BIOS. How else can you change the voltage?
The second parameter is frequency. Here, if I understand correctly, it already depends on the data bus. Can 1600 MHz memory work instead of 1333 MHz? Let's say it will work at a lower frequency, and that's it. How important is this for memory? How can this affect the operation of hardware (bus, processor) as a whole? Is it possible to increase the frequency, will there be any consequences?
And finally - what other parameters that are important for work should be considered when choosing a memory? Those that will be noticeable during operation (browser, IDE, media player, games), and not on artificial memory tests.

No. If you need DDR3L, then only DDR3L.
Can 1600 MHz memory work instead of 1333 MHz?
Yes.
Let's say it will work at a lower frequency, and that's it
Exactly.
How important is this for memory? How can this affect the operation of hardware (bus, processor) as a whole?
It will not affect in any way, this is the normal mode of operation provided by the manufacturer.
Is it possible to increase the frequency
On stationary computers in the BIOS, it is possible to overclock the memory, but on laptops, usually no one bothers with this. Moreover, such a g0W company as Lenovo does not take a steam bath. Then no.
