Can you recommend sites for programming AI game bots?

Good afternoon.
Recently, an invitation letter to the "Russian AI Cup" came from the mailing list. Never dealt with such things, but interested. Can you tell me online resources (namely, when 2+ participants compete, and not Codeforces, etc. for solo algorithms) where you can:

1. write your bots in Java
   
2. choose for competitions to start low-level bots (for training), then more difficult, etc.
   
3. there is a permanent "polygon" (not limited in time)
   
4. there is a visualization of the competition (albeit textual)
   
5. there are "arenas" for competing games according to easy-to-implement rules (at least tic-tac-toe, etc.) - for a "pen test"
