This is about the Russian language:
On Linux, the best I've seen are courses
Specialist - Linux and FreeBSD 1,2,3 level
GNU/Linux. Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics, Moscow State University
Networking:
Specialist - Internetworking in networks based on TCP\IP
Course ICND Cisco.
For reasonable reasons, there are no links, but I think you will find.
These courses are good, but by and large I didn’t learn anything new there at all, only small details that supplemented the knowledge gained from books. Read. There are wonderful books that cover various topics in great detail, both on networks and on GNU\Linux, FreeBSD, and so on.
I don’t want to question the experience and knowledge of the teachers of these video courses, but when listening, along with various additions from personal experience and interesting historical references, there were mistakes, omissions and silence on very important and extremely relevant points. Most of the books don't. I advise if you have not yet read the world's works and, so to speak, the classics of the genre on networks and Unix-like operating systems - while watching these video courses, read on the topics of the book.
