Please help me find courses on website layout, after which I can really get a starting job. I already have some steps. But I understand that there are some nuances that are encountered in practice. To do this, you need a normal modern course with a norm teacher. Is there one?

To do this, it is not at all necessary to take someone else's courses, you may well have enough practice using free manuals, the main thing is to fill your hand. Moreover, courses that promise employment are contracts that are primarily beneficial to the author (s) of the course and the company to which they are then sent upon completion of the course, and your interests in this are in third place at best. The price tags for such courses are usually very biting for a beginner, so I would not advise this alignment, this is not the way of the Jedi.
Free materials from the same HTML Academy + practice will be enough to go freelancing and get your hand in the layout of the same landings. Gather your portfolio, and the chances of finding a job in the company will be much higher due to the same portfolio and communication skills with customers.

Go freelancing right now. There you can fill your hand starting with simple orders.
Start sending resumes to hh for a junior position, sent to 100 companies. The couple will answer for sure.
And so look googled "courses imposition employment."
Some schools seem to guarantee employment.

The free part of the html academy trainers is enough. Then you just google layouts on figma and typeset for portfolio.

You will not find such courses. The simplest thing is to make something serious for a one-pager, add animations, learn js (it will come in handy in any way), and write to all companies for an internship (either part-time or free of charge for the first time).
