Can you recommend an IDE for C/C++ like CLion (with MinGW connectivity) for 32 bits (x86)?

Hello! On Linux (8 GB of RAM) I made a virtual machine with 64-bit Windows 10, installed CLion and there was almost no limit to my happiness! But sometimes (and for a long time) the main Linux computer is busy - I decided to put it on a laptop with 32-bit Windows 7 ... And then a fiasco that this is not an x32 application.
Now the question arose about choosing another IDE, preferably very similar to CLion and with the ability to connect MinGW (+ the ability to customize compilation arguments). I googled - I didn’t understand anything :(.
Maybe you have something worthwhile, aa?
