Can you recommend an app for keeping a diary?

I want to start keeping something like a media diary. Those. some periodic records including not only text, but also photos and videos. Tried to search, but everywhere something does not suit.
Required Criteria:

  • Privacy: i.e. local personal application, not some social networks, etc.
  • Adding and viewing photos (several to one record).
  • Adding and viewing videos.
  • No traffic limit (or data storage in the cloud).
  • Android version + desktop preferred (Web/Win/OSX). There is also an iPad (preferably an inexpensive or free program here).
  • Synchronization and / or some kind of backup.
  • nice ui

Would be nice, but not essential:
  • Geoposition
  • tags
  • Downloading Other File Types
  • Text formatting / pictures / other

If there are no tips under my mandatory criteria, then throw any of these topics that you like, I will study and look for the most suitable one.
Thank you.

At one time I was puzzled by a similar question, only the requirements were simpler - with pictures, but without text formatting. I went through several options, I liked the zim portable desktop in the company with the ditto clipboard manager. I carry it on a portable drive. I worked at work - I threw notes into it, I worked at home - I threw notes into it already at home. Inside, a markdown-like text format can be exported "outside" in different formats. For example, at work I do documentation export to html for projects.
Can "absorb" any files and store them as attachments. But it can only show pictures. The rest are opened by third-party applications when a link to it is created inside the document, for example, a video:
The cool thing is that it is cross-platform. There are tags, ui is nothing in my opinion. Written in python, if you really want to, you can download its source code and add what you like. It's free open source.

I use Diaro. There are applications for Android, IOS (it seems) and a web version. In my opinion it's a great app. Full catomization, synchronization with DropBox only in the pro version. But the main thing is the generation of pdf from all records!
