Can you recommend a VPS?

Hello! I am currently hosted by the FirstVDS provider. the tariff plan is as follows:
Traffic unlimited
RAM: 1 GB
Disk: 30 GB SSD + HDD (SAS)
1 KVM processor core
+ 1 additional IPv4 address
339 rubles
+ 30 GB storage for backups = 90 rubles
Total: 439 rubles per month.
There is no free normal administration.
Can you recommend a VPS with similar prices (or slightly more expensive) with more adequate support? (free support broke my DNS server).
Free administration is not a decisive factor for choosing a VPS in this case .

Provider VDSina is not bad, I use it myself now
