Can you recommend a smart rss aggregator with api?

I need a medical news aggregator. Since all sorts of Google News or Yandex News do not provide an API, you have to contrive. I decided to follow the rss path, i.e. collect a pack of rss in some single place and so that you can work in three areas:
- search
- notification (about the release of new data)
- lists (actually receiving the feed)
Now there are about 50 rss, which can easily expand to 500. I would like to find a service that, at least for free, at least not, would collect all the information in a bunch, constantly poll these channels for a new one, and I worked with this using the API.
There are similar services, of course, but I would like a working opinion, like dude don’t suffer, this is garbage or this service is what you need. Guys, please advise. I'm just looking for a solution and while I'm hitting the wall.
