Can you recommend a simple service for creating public photo albums?

I used to use Picasa. He was a little kondovy and not at all fashionable, but simple as a penny. But after Google killed him and transferred the entire economy to Google.photo and Google.plus, everything works through w ..., and working with online albums has ceased to be simple and easy.
Maybe you will advise something without showing off and sane?
What is required from the service:
1) Uploading photo albums (photo galleries) with the ability to add / delete photos, it is desirable (but not necessary) to set the order of photos
2) Set access to albums - private / public (fine-tuning rights for individual users is not needed)
3) Have a common page where all public albums of the user are displayed, which can be seen and downloaded by any visitors to the page

I have all the photos in flickr (1TB) and some in Yandex.disk (40GB), google.disk (25GB) and onedrive (15GB) - and in Windows 10 the last service is already built in, and not so bad.
