Can you recommend a beginner linear algebra tutorial?

The main and more global task is to understand how neural networks work and how they are trained, namely deep learning. I would like to start with linear algebra, my goal is to understand how and what works and why exactly, and not stupidly memorizing the sequence of actions when solving something, but the problem is that all higher mathematics has a high degree of abstraction, it is very difficult for me understanding of abstractions, more precisely, in general, is not given.
Perhaps you can recommend a tutorial that explains everything very simply , if possible of course? My knowledge of mathematics is a confident average level of the school curriculum (if you are interested, + - 65 points of the Unified State Examination of a professor of mathematics for 2018).
I really want to understand exactly the essence of everything, and not a stupid cramming

If you still need to do mathematical analysis, then you can try to read Fichtenholtz's textbook. I don't know of a more accessible presentation. But it is very detailed and thick (3 volumes, all fairly thick). This is if we talk about textbooks for mathematical specialties. There are still some for technical universities, but I don’t know which ones are good.
If you still need to follow the ruler, then you must first master the algebra course for the 1st semester of the mat. faculties. Faddeev D.K. Lectures on Algebra. There is a ruler there, but not at the very beginning.
