Can you provide an example of a description of the application's functionality?

Good afternoon, could you give examples of how to correctly describe (schematically or otherwise) the functionality of the entire web application? otherwise I opened the block diagram and I don’t know where to start (the technical specification is available). I need an example to understand what's what. and how much you need to detail the functionality in the application description.
Now there is a stage of preparatory work.

This is called the system design. It can be of different levels of detail and composition depending on the situation. You wrote about the TK, in theory everything should be there, but apparently in fact you have business requirements. At a minimum, a data model and an interface model need to be made, otherwise google software design and development methods. If you saw microservices, this is one thing, if a monolith is another, but now there is such a technological situation that you have to start with a diagram of the components used in the system, since there is a ready-made element for each task.
