I can't understand the wording of the assignment.
The coordinates of n points are given as elements of a one-dimensional array. Odd elements are ordinate values, and even abscissa values. Calculate the minimum distance between nearest points. Output the coordinates of all points that fall into the ring with center coordinates X0, Y0, inner radius R1 and outer radius R2. Arrange the position of the points in ascending order.
