All of the following is my personal opinion, based on 10 years of experience in system administration.
My version.
Cooling - Zalman. Performa or Optima. It will be quiet and reliable for example https:

Mother - it is better on the B chipset at least. If there is no money for Z. From manufacturers - MSI or Gigabyte

Video card - no MSI or Gigabit or Asus. How well they make motherboards, just as badly video cards)

RAM - I prefer Kingston. There were problems with the critical, though only a couple of times in 5-7 years of
SSD - I prefer kingston, so far there have been no problems. If you need more expensive \ a little faster - Samsung.
HDD - I would take WD - blue, 7200 rpm. NOT RED, NOT GREEN!!! Toshiba and Seagate after the time is not very
Power supply. Take the normal one, Thermaltek. Watts at 600 - for the eyes. Preferably with at least Bronse certification. It is inappropriate to take all sorts of aerocules - this is shit. You can also Zalman, but I don’t really trust them either) In terms of nutrition))))
