Can Webpack be used for layout?

I work as a coder, but I'm slowly getting into js, at the moment I use Gulp to compile Sass / Pug files and concatenate Jquery plugins into one file, can I replace Gulp with Webpack while working with Pug files as output getting HTML pages?

Not necessary. Gulp does your job just as well (maybe better).
