Can webflow CMS be used without being tied to webflow?

I found that webflow can create its own CMS, create posts, customize the output of articles. Will I be able to use all this when I upload the site to another hosting.

You cannot use CMS Webflow on a third-party hosting.
CMS is rented only with hosting.
