Can two people work in visual studio?

We have a project and we need to do it together in Visual Studio. Tell us how can we do it

Use for these purposes a normal and full-fledged version control system - Git (for a private repository - https://bitbucket.org ) What Sasha Pleshakov
suggested to you is a crutch TFS version control system, which I would not even recommend to an enemy.
