Good evening.
On my wordpress site, tags are used as a page for a fighter. Each news in which this or that fighter is involved is marked with the corresponding tag (his name).
And the tag page itself looks like this:
[Tag name-Name]
[Tag description (I edit and display the fighter's biography and photo there)]
[Titles of posts where this tag is specified]
Can I add a meta box description to the place where now ? There I would like to make a structured output of a photo, date of birth, country of a fighter, etc. In general, it's nice to arrange everything, otherwise unstructured chaos is happening now.
Or is it possible to create your own post type and use it to classify other posts?
Which solution do you think is better?
I will be grateful for the answer.

Better custom posts+advanced custom fields+posts2posts, then the country can be used as custom posts and in general all this type of information separately and then linked.
