Can they find out the ip addresses of backend servers?

There are proxies in the offshore zone. Content is posted that cannot be posted in Russia.
backend servers with content are located in russia
i.e. proxies in europe and backend in russia
can someone find out what is stored on the backend if you don't break proxies and don't go into configs with ip addresses?

or if the hoster climbs out of curiosity on the server
