Can the VK API make one request to wall.post for all communities?

I want to make a VK post grabber, but I'm stuck on one thing, how to update data for all communities. Is it possible to make it so that when updating one file, for example, .../grabber.php, posts in all communities are updated? The problem is that the wall.post method can only make a request for one community, but how can you immediately make a request for everything from the database?
