Can the site know my mac address and router?

In some answers they write that they don’t and the site only knows cookies / browser / ip (i.e. it’s enough to clear cookies and turn on vpn). In other answers they write that you still need to change the router and mac address. So can the site know my mac address, router and wifi information or not? I do not want to check in practice :) It is necessary for repeated registrations on a site where they are prohibited.

No
You are identified by a vector of 2-3 hundred parameters and no one is interested in your poppy address

Sites know mostly the axis and the browser, clean the cookies and change the browser, and as for the poppy wafer and the router, they know the current programs in C, pluses and Java, not PHP, JS and other stray

The MAC address is not available to websites. In addition, it can be easily changed, and as many times as you like.
