Can the nginx server setting prevent files from being included in the layout?

I use nginx, in the sites-available folder there is an incomprehensible config called "nxv_g476cjguw243.conf". I tried to edit it, after which neither js, nor css, nor img are connected in my project in the layout file. And everything else works fine.
I'm not sure if the problem is with the server, but is it possible? (the paths to the files are correct and they did not change. Everything worked well and broke after the server settings)

And theoretically, of course, it can, for sure there is a bunch of nginx and apache. And nginx is configured to serve static files directly
