Can the German hosting company Hetzer charge me for non-payment?

Such a situation, for 2 months I did not pay for hosting (and they did not turn it off), the company is German and they have my passport data. Now the letter has arrived (in German), saying that the debt will be transferred to the collection agency (well, or the court, the translation is not entirely clear). Debt 82 euros.
What happens if I don't pay?
If there is a trial, how will they collect this money from me?
I really don’t want to pay because I haven’t used their hosting for the last 2 months.

They won't deal with this nonsense.
But in the future, if you want to use their services, then most likely they will figure you out and remember your debts;)
