Can the DisplayPort cable affect the rest of the hardware?

When buying a system unit, I found out at the first start that SSD (M2) is not detected. At first I thought that there was simply no video signal to the monitor (black screen) and I switched from DisplayPort to HDMI (at the time of installation). After installing windows 7, a BSOD fell out every time, then after a reboot, you can work at least for a whole day, everything is fine. The next day the same picture, first BSOD then everything is fine. I sinned on Windows, put a clean 10ku. Again the same thing.
I brought it to the store, showed the dumps, for the test they replaced the mother with another one and the SSD with a new one. Brought home again the screw is not defined. As soon as I turn on the monitor via HDMI everything is ok.
I found the original displayPort cable from the monitor and the screw was DEFINED!!
I did not believe it, I switched two cables several times - orig and neorig. A clear dependence - when orige is determined by the screw.
The question is: is it worth contacting the service and testing the assembly, or can the displayPort cable really affect the system in this way?
The assembly is as follows:
MSI Z370 Gaming Plus
Asus Geforce 1050 Ti cerebrus
ssd samsung 960 evo 250gb - not detected
PSU thermaltake 700W
ballistix sport lt 8gb RAM - 2 pcs
WD 1 TB

The cable can be trivially broken or shorted, which can affect the logical levels of the signals and, as a result, not detecting the device. In the order of delirium, but still.
