Can the camera create a file larger than 4 GB on a memory card with fat32?

I shot a video on the camera, after inserting the card into the PC, I found that the video on the flash drive with fat32 weighs 4-5 GB. When I try to reproduce the error, I copy - an error. How could the camera even create such a file?
Then the flash drive completely stopped responding and offered to format it, but it didn’t work out. What can be done?

@jenig

I think that the problem is in the flash drive - https://hetmanrecovery.com/en/recovery_news/how-to...

For your information: https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/FAT32
In general, this FS file size cannot exceed 4,294,967,295 bytes.
For the future, in the first place, you need to make a binary image of the contents of the FS / disk (at least in case of failure of the memory card) and continue to restore information from a copy of this image.
Now you can try: https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/TestDisk
But the current status is not entirely clear: "the flash drive completely stopped responding" - where? for what? Does it show up in disk manager? (The problem may be in the hardware)
