Can't write a condition to the database?

Good night everyone, I have a problem, I can't save any changes in the table, even if I expose those that were, it gives me the same error, I can't save changes in the "Indexes" section. Why does this error pop up and how to fix / work around it? In the screenshot, I'm trying to enter custom conditions and save, and I get this error

A very informative question, at least show what you have in the default column.
It would also be nice to see the request in full (show what's on the Alter code tab).

alter column "id" what? According to the syntax , there is a description of the action, and not the word INTEGER, which comes from somewhere.
If this is an initiative of your gui, then this application does not know how to work with postgresql, that's all. Take something appropriate. psql for example.
Well, default should not be in quotes, but rather a function call, set default nextval(...

Guys, you looked in the wrong direction, apparently you did not come across databases, everything was quite simple
