Can't share internet with Ubuntu Server. How to setup?

I set up the network according to this Faq , everything connects, pings but does not distribute the Internet for some reason. there is no information on setting up dpkg-reconfigure arno-iptables-firewall, I searched the Internet, there are of course instructions, but I need it for how I set it up in this fake. And in general, according to this fact, after the 3rd step, the Internet should be distributed?
