Can't set up teamviewer via reg. Who knows what the problem might be?

and tried to open reg and .... nothing changed.
But if you import the same reg through teamviewer, the settings are applied.
but you yourself understand that it is extremely inconvenient to import settings through teamviewer.

You most likely need to either restart your computer or restart both TeamViewer and the TeamViewer service
