You need to send emails on the site. It works on Yii2. I send letters to mailtrap. However, I am getting an error

Swift_TransportException
Connection could not be established with host smtp.mailtrap.io :stream_socket_client(): php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Temporary failure in name resolution

I googled that the problem could be in ports and encryption. But when I launch the site on OpenServer, the letter flies away. The site is currently running on Vagrant + Ubuntu 18.04 + php7.3
