I have a project where I can't save the edited file in phpstorm. At what some files are saved after editing, some are not with an error - operation not permitted and __jb_bak__ appears at the end of the file name, I also don’t understand why the

I want to notice that the rights of the files that are saved and not are the same

I assume that on the screen it's not windows.
Therefore, through the console, before editing the file, we change the attributes of either the file itself. We add editing rights from the current user.
Either we run the program in which editing takes place from the superuser, or root. Depends on the OS.
