Can't run virtual server on virtual host?

I apologize in advance, perhaps I create a topic in the wrong section.
I wanted to run a virtual server on localhost.
I tried to start Apache, it didn’t work out, then I tried to download XAMPP, WampServer, BitNami, Denver, everyone just refuses to turn on, I don’t know why, port 80 seems to be free, I checked it, turned off “use port 80” in Skype.
Does anyone know what could be the reason or how to fix it?
