Can't restore bios?

Guys, tell me on your asus h87m-pro motherboard there is a BIOS recovery function called bios flashback, I uploaded a bios file to a USB flash drive, I press the reset button and nothing happens, what am I doing wrong? It is a special button for this procedure on the mat. there is no payment.

flash.
6. Wait until the power LED of your chassis goes out, indicating that the BIOS update
process is completed.
• If the light flashes for five seconds and turns into a solid light, this means that the
BIOS Flashback is not operating properly. This may be caused by improper installation
of the USB storage device and filename/file format error. If this scenario happens,
please restart the system to turn off the light.
Watch carefully what happens to the power LED.

Flash drive FAT16 or FAT32?
In the sense of not NTFS there any?
File name H87MPRO.CAP?
Is the port correct?

1) The file system on the flash drive must be FAT.
2) The function works only through 1 rear port, it must be marked somehow (maybe blue and / or inscription). Most likely this is an extreme port for Ethernet.
3) Reset must be pressed for 3 seconds until the power indicator lights up.
