Can't remove effects of dpkg -i, how to fix "E: Unable to locate package"?

Compiled squid3_3.5.27 with transparent SSL support without certificate substitution on Ubuntu 18.04. The assembly turned out, under the same Ubuntu 18.04 everything worked.
I tried to put the same deb packages on Debian 9 and nothing happened, the dependencies were required. Dependencies seem to be installed, but still the packages do not want to be installed.
Now I can’t get rid of the consequences, everything is fine with apt, it updates the system with no problems, but these deb packages still hang in the system with an error.5c5ad50b3e84f745480845.png

@Radjah

dpkg -l squid\*
It is necessary to screen so that it does not unfold the mask.
Then delete the packages by name.
And why do you need Ubuntu packages in Debian?
