Can't ping ip (centos)?

CentOS

took the server (centos), 5 ip enter.
1 ip (111.111.111.50), pinged and opened via normal web, the rest are not pinged from outside.

do I need to add these addresses somewhere else?
or immediately write to the support (I would write there right away, but the support is tight and does not speak ru) ..

The remaining 4 addresses are not assigned anywhere by default.
If you want to enable them, use ip aliases:
