Can't open ports, but why?

I configured the group for ALL traffic, but even that did not change the situation.

For some reason, port 22 (ssh) is open for the Internet,

but all others are closed, how is this even possible?

How is the port checked? A request is sent to it and waiting for a response!
You don’t have anything on the ports, of course it says that they are closed
ssh is open thanks to the aws system
Try express or the like, run the test application and you will see that everything is open for you
